      <image:title>Classes - Viniyoga - Yoga Therapy</image:title>
<image:caption>Taught by Eve, Thursdays at 5:00-6:00PM EST This gentle beginner/intermediate Yoga class is designed for individuals looking to improve body function, alleviate pain and increase mental concentration. Each class starts and finishes with Pranayama (breathing). Students explore with genuine curiosity how to move with ease, taking in consideration the range of motion. By recognizing tension without judgement, we use our breath as a checkpoint to release what we want to let go. The experience of matching deep breath with slow movement uniquely promotes concentration and clarity of mind. Moving with breath transforms our perception of self, restores the nervous system and embodies the energy of the Universe. The benefits of these classes are effective at many levels, including revitalized internal organs, improved posture, better mental clarity and overall contentment.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Classes - Prana Yoga</image:title>
<image:caption>Taught by Eve In this energizing beginner/intermediate class, we use our voice to chant the Chakra sounds while embracing the Yoga posture we are in. This activates the flow of energy through our bodies physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The Yoga of voice brings empowerment, re-balancing and freedom of expression. There are a variety of breaths used at different times while maintaining the postures. There are also moments of pause between postures to connect with the inner movement of energy that is activated. The class concludes with integration and deep relaxation.</image:caption>
